This is your SOCIAL NETWORK to assist you in getting off the couch, getting inspired and then getting involved! Blog, upload photos, videos, network with others in your metro area, CHAT, list your EVENTS, spread links and news articles around and discuss the issues on the FORUM. We will be discussing and networking about Oil Drilling in the Gulf of Mexico and exposing what is going on there, as the drilling has already begun. There are other BIG Corporate Energy Projects ready to commence throughout the state including the Nuclear Submarine planned for Jacksonville's Mayport Naval Station and the new plans for the Levy County Nuclear Power Plant. But most of all, we want to come up with solutions using Alternative Forms of Energy such as Wind and Solar and Bio-diesel! We need to let our media and our leaders know that these Energy methods are what Floridians really want and need. Our work will be engaging in conversations with fellow citizens, our representatives and our media outlets, both alternative and mainstream to let them know that these methods are do-able, safer and more cost effective in the long run.
